How to Return or Exchange an Item at La Senza
La Senza is a lingerie company with a headquarters in Canada. The company operates stores in Canada and internationally, but there are no stores located in the United States. Customers can choose to purchase items online, if desired. Online orders can be delivered to the United States.
Returning an Item
All items ordered from La Senza that are eligible for refund, must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Return a La Senza item in store: Take the item you wish to return back to your local store with the receipt. You can find a store in your area at http://www.lasenza.com/eng/storeSection/redirect.cfm?sectionID=b2c/storeLocator/storeLocator.cfm&var=d&ckey=CA using the store locator.
Return the item online: Mail orders outside of Canada, including orders to the United States, must be returned using mail. It is extremely important to read the list of items that are NOT allowed to be returned before sending any item back to La Senza. Official La Senza Return Policy
La Senza wants customers to be happy with their purchase, but many of the items sold online and in store are intimate and intimate items are not typically returnable. According to the terms and conditions of sales through La Senza, customers cannot return undergarments, pantyhose of any kind, body suits, intimate apparel like teddies and lingerie or swimsuits. That leaves only a few items sold by La Senza that can be returned. Customers need to take the returns policy into consideration before shipping an item back to the returns facility. If the item is not returnable, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling from the return center to your home.

La Senza does operate a United States customer service line at 1-888-527-3692. Outside of the United States, customers can call 1-514-684-7700 to reach customer service. When we called customer service, the phone was answered in French. Much of the automated response was also in French. When we made it through the lengthy message, spoken in both French and English, we were able to press #3 to continue in English. We waited on hold for four minutes before the call was answered by a bilingual agent, who answered in both French and English. We asked a question about returning a set of intimates received as a gift and the agent told us we could not return the items.
