Returning an Item
Returning an item purchased on the Karma Loop website: You have 14 days from the date the item was received to return it for a refund and 30 days to return it for exchange or credit. The merchandise must be in new condition with all original tags and packaging, unless there is a defect. You must write the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the back of the packing slip or the return will not be processed. You can get your RMA at https://www.karmaloop.com/account/return-invoice-search. Once you’ve requested an RMA, you must send the package immediately. Karma Loop expects to receive the return within two weeks.

Karma Loop offers detailed information about what can and cannot be returned. According to the return policy, customers cannot return swimsuits, undergarments or items that have been worn and laundered, unless there is a defect. Any item that appears to have been worn and does not have a defect will not be eligible for return credit and Karma Loop is not responsible for sending the merchandise back to you, accord to the return policy.
Returning shoes requires having the original show box in perfect condition. Place the shoes back in the box (unworn) and return the box to the returns address. The address is not revealed on the Karma Loop website. Karma Loop does not pay the return shipping, but if you order an exchange item the shipping back to you is free.

The customer service line for Karma Loop is answered by an automated response system. You have to press #3 to access the returns department. We were placed on hold to wait for a representative. The automated system told us we could process our returns online. The customer service agent answered the call shortly after and we asked for the returns address. He said we needed to request an RMA to return an item so he needed our order number. When we said we just needed the returns address, he repeated that he needed the order number first. He would not reveal the returns address.
