How to Return or Exchange an Item at ALDO

ALDO is a shoe company with locations in the United States, Canada and other parts of the world. Customers can purchase items in store or online. The return policy for ALDO is simple – customers are allowed to return items at any time as long as the items meet a specific list of criteria.

Returning an Item

Returning your ALDO purchase to an ALDO store: Find your local store using the United States store locator here if you live in the United States. If you live outside the United States, go to the main website for ALDO in your country and click on the Store Locator link at the top of the page. Take your online or in store purchases to the nearest store for a refund.

If your purchase was made using your Paypal account, you must return the purchase by mail. Stores do not have the ability to credit your Paypal account and they will not give cash back for Paypal returns.

Returning your ALDO purchase by mail: Grab your packing slip and visit Enter the order number and zip code into the fields provided near the bottom of the page. Choose the items you are returning and indicate why you are returning the items. After entering this information, wait for an email from UPS. The UPS email will include instructions on how to return your items.

There is no return address listed for ALDO and the customer service representative could not give us an address without an order number.

Official ALDO Return Policy

The ALDO return policy states that returns will be processed at ANY TIME, but only if the return meets a list of qualifications. The list says all returns must be in original condition with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed. The original packing and receipt must accompany the return. The customer service mailing address is located in Canada, so we assume this is where the customer service department is located. Customers can call 1-888-818-2536 to reach customer service. The automated system answered the call. We were asked about why we were calling – we spoke Returns and Exchanges. The automated system spoke the entire return policy and then took us back to the main menu.

I was Aldo customers for years but recently I noticed their customer service has degraded sharply, I have called 1800 number for Aldo to ask if i made a purchase online and paid via credit card using my Papal and the item turned to be not fitting properly can i return it to the store for a refund, they assured me of course you can return it at the store as long as its not worn, so I took one step up and went to aldo website and ordered what appeared to be size 11 for Chelsea Boot Astria-R and when i got the pickup confirmation email i went to the store to try them on and they were big as most people recommended to skip one size as these boots are big in size. so i asked the aldo agent at the store that i want to return it for a full refund and go online again and get one size smaller as size 10 so she refused completely and they left me stranded with a boots that does not fit me properly. so i want to say to the public that you better order the proper size online or you going to get in the same boat as me. and i want to make it clear that I will never ever get close to Aldo shoes again as I always used to buy from Aldo since 23 years.


  2. I will NEVER buy shoes from ALDO again….wanted to return a pair bought online. as the previous customer stated, I could not find any help online and called the closest store and got no answer. Called the next closest store and they gave me the WRONG number to call to get help. I will also say
