How to Return or Exchange an Item at QVC
QVC is an online and television shopping network that sells some of the most popular items at a reduced price or on a payment system so customers can afford the things they want without paying the entire price at one time. QVC is a 100-percent online company, which means the company does not have a physical storefront where customers can return purchases. All returns must be processed through the website at QVC.com.
Returning an Item
Returning items purchased online: According to the Returns FAQS, customers simply have to read the return instructions on the back of the label to return items to QVC. In some cases customers may have to call customer service before returning some items like large screen televisions and special orders.
Also attached to the packing slip is the Q Label or return label. If your Q Label is not attached to the packing slip, you can log in to your QVC account to print a new return label. The returned shipping cost is printed on that label. This is the amount your return will be reduced by when the cost is refunded, if applicable. Make a copy of the order sheet or packing slip before placing in the box with the return so you can track the return.
If you choose to return the merchandise at cost, do not use the Q Label to prevent the return shipping cost from being deducted from your refund.

Official QVC Return Policy
QVC allows customers to return any items they are not happy with during the first 30 days of receipt without calling customer service, unless it is a specialty item. Jewelry items should not be packaged with other items as they have a unique return address. If a product is found faulty after the first 30 days, contact customer service for further information on how to proceed with a return or exchange.

Customers are encouraged to call customer service at 1-800-367-9444 with any questions they have about the returns process. We called QVC customer service to ask about a jewelry return. An automated system answered the call and asked about the nature of the call. We pressed the button for returns and the automated system went into a long script telling us how to return an item. When the customer service representative finally answered she said she did not need to approve or initiate the returns process unless the item fit into certain criteria, she then asked for out order number if we needed any further questions asked.
