How to Return or Exchange an Item at Brooks Brothers
Brooks Brothers is an American clothing line established in 1818 by Henry Sands Brooks. Clothing lines from Brooks Brothers are available for men, women and kids. The company also sells branded items for the home. When you make a purchase from Brooks Brothers, there is no time frame limit for making a return.
Returning an Item
Returning items to a Brooks Brothers store: Customers can choose to order Brooks Brothers merchandise online or purchase items in store. Even if you make a purchase on the Brooks Brothers website, you can still return those items in store. The Store Locator found here http://www.brooksbrothers.com/storelocator/landing_stores.tem is available to search for a store in your area. You will need to bring the packing slip or purchase receipt when returning an item.
Returning items by mail: Your packing slip has a return label attached. Repackage the items you purchased online and place the Smart Label on the outside of the box. If you need to print off a Smart Label you can do so here http://returnscenter.smartlabel.com/v3/LabelInformation.aspx. When your return is processed, your refund will be deducted $7 for the return shipping unless you used a Brooks Brothers credit card (store or Mastercard) to make the purchase.
You also have the ability to pay for your return shipping. Simple send your package to the returns address.

You can track all returns using the Smart Label by logging in to the tracker here http://returnscenter.smartlabel.com/Portal.aspx?MerchantID=BRKS&TargetPageID=43 and entering the tracking number from your Smart Label.

Official Brooks Brothers Return Policy
There is no official returns policy listed on the Brooks Brothers website pertaining to limitations of returns, aside from the two-year warranty on watch purchases. If you have no receipt, you will be credited with the current price of the return on a Brooks Brothers Merchandise Credit Card. Cash refunds have a limit of $200 in all store locations. All refunds will be placed back on the credit card used to make the purchase, if applicable.
