Bluefly is a premier clothing company that sells clothing and accessories from designers like Badgley Mischka, BCBGMaxAzria, Dolce & Gabbana and others. Bluefly operates solely online. There are no physical stores where merchandise can be purchased or returned.
Returning an Item
Returning a Bluefly purchase online: Customers must either log in to their Bluefly account or use the PO number to access the order online to start the return process. Locate the order number for the order you wish to return and click on the Return Item button. A form will appear that the customer needs to fill out for an RMA (return merchandise authorization.) You will immediately receive the RMA and access to a pre-paid return shipping label. The pre-paid label is just for your convenience as the $6.95 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you have more than one order you need to return, repeat the RMA process for each order, but only use one return label placed on one box. You can pack more than one order into the box with the proper paperwork to save on return shipping deductions.

The policy states that customers have up to 40 days from the time the order was placed to return merchandise for a refund. This 40-day period includes return shipping time. The return label requires up to seven days for shipping. If your merchandise must be returned before that time to meet return rules, you must use a faster means of shipping at your own cost. You can choose to return more than one order in the same box if desired.
There are detailed return policies for fine jewelry and diamonds. Customers must return the items with the original packing and the security tag included with the order within 14 days of placing the order. If jewelry is sent internationally, returns are not accepted.
